Our ever popular Webinars are now offered with a new twist. Our Advanced Inventory Procurement training has been strengthened by the addition of Scott Stratman to our talented consulting team. This may be the year for you to tighten business processes with the help of an On-Site Consultant.

Webinars With a New Twist

Personalized Training: Your classes will be scheduled on your timeline. You may include as many participants from within your organization as you wish and still pay just the single Personal Training rate per class. No other businesses will be allowed to attend your session.

Group Training: The Group Training rate applies when 2 or more companies participate in training. As with Personalized Training, as many participants as you wish from within your organization will be allowed to participate and still pay the single Group Training rate per class.

There are a few options for signing up for Group Training and applying for the Group Training discount:

Dictate the date(s) that you wish to conduct training. Indicate that you are willing to allow other companies to participate during your scheduled training time. If no other company signs up to join your scheduled time, you have the option to continue with the class at the preferred time under the Personalized Training rate or cancel the class.

Request to be joined to other companies in Group Training. When a date becomes available, you will be notified. Tech Systems will coordinate a time that works best for all parties when multiple companies register under this plan.

Advanced Inventory Procurement Consulting & Training

The Advanced Inventory Procurement training program has been replaced by a more structured consultative process that is tuned to meet the specific needs of your business and industry.

Recently, Tech Systems added Scott Stratman, nationally known speaker and consultant to our team. Scott has spent the last 25 years working with distributors around the world, as President and Founder of The Distribution Team, Inc.  He is now available to help our clients increase their bottom line profitability.

Scott will spend a day on site with your organization to analyze requirements and diagnose pain points in inventory and business management. Scott will then create a comprehensive plan to attack all requirements and pain points. Your organization is free to pursue any part of this plan.

This change to our approach in Advanced Inventory Procurement allows our users to implement smaller components more quickly and effectively. Instead of overwhelming you with theory, we move you quickly into practice so that you can realize quicker returns on your investment.

You will not be required to pay for Scott’s initial on site visit.

Your up front investment would be as follows:

Cover Scott’s expenses for travel, meal and accommodations when necessary.

$200 for Scott’s findings and recommendations report.

The Recommendations report is designed to offer you direction as to steps necessary to achieve your goals and reduce or eliminate your pain points. The recommendations will outline direction, actions and potentially additional consulting, training or software to solve your problems.

Many of you are familiar with Scott from his previous role as Founder and President of The Distribution Team, Inc. He has spent the last 25 plus years consulting with wholesale distributors in every vertical market. Consulting and On-Site Training

Tech Systems recognizes value to training and consulting, especially on premise at our customer's location. There is an opportunity to review operations and paper trails that assist your business processes. All on-site consulting and training is billed on an hourly basis of $150 per hour. The customer will also cover all travel, hotel and meal expenses that occur. For customers that are not local (within a 3 hour drive), a minimum full day is required.
